Fees & CCS
The same session fees at every centre, and the Child Care Subsidy covers most of them — a typical family pays about $28 a week for three afternoons. Estimate yours below.
What would you pay?
Estimate your out-of-pocket cost in under a minute.
At 90% CCS, your estimated out-of-pocket cost is
$3.86
per session — instead of $38.60
≈ $11.58 per week · $463.20 per school year
Estimate only, based on the standard CCS rate — it doesn’t include the 5% government withholding or higher rates for additional children. Your actual subsidy is assessed by Services Australia. Fees shown are before-CCS session fees.
Less than you thought?
Find your school and secure your child’s spot in about 10 minutes. Nothing’s charged until after their first day — and only if they love it.

The only other charges
There’s no registration fee, no enrolment fee and no bond. These are the only other amounts you could ever be charged.
Wednesday early finish
MFIS Greenacre, MFIS Hoxton Park, MFIS Beaumont Hills finish early on Wednesdays, so that afternoon runs 2:10 PM – 6:30 PM — longer than a normal session. It is $46 regular or $51 casual before the Child Care Subsidy, which applies to it the same way.
Late pick-up
$15 for the first 15 minutes, then $2 a minute after that. It covers educators staying past their rostered shift with your child — we would always rather you call us than rush.
Cancellations
Seven days’ notice to change or cancel a booked session without being charged. If your child is unwell, you are not charged at all with a medical certificate.
New: the CCS 3-Day Guarantee
From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government guarantees all CCS-eligible families at least 72 hours of subsidised child care per fortnight— that’s 3 days a week — regardless of your work or activity hours. No activity test, no conditions. It’s a government entitlement, not a provider promise.
72 hrs
per fortnight for families with less than 48 hours of recognised activity
100 hrs
per fortnight for families with more than 48 hours of recognised activity
The subsidy is paid directly to Amana OSHC — you only ever pay the gap, and we help you through every step of the CCS process at no extra cost.
How to apply for CCS
- Apply for the Child Care Subsidy through your myGov account (Centrelink).
