AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering your child with Amana OSHC, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Amana OSHC.

A. OUR SERVICES

  1. Program Overview: Amana OSHC offers a variety of programs including Before School Care, After School Care, and Holiday Programs. Full descriptions and program specifics are available on our website.
  2. Inquiries and Support: For detailed information or any queries regarding our services, our Customer Support team is available via email or phone. We are here to assist you with any needs or concerns.

B. ENROLLMENT AND PARTICIPATION

  1. Enrollment Accuracy: By enrolling your child, you confirm that you are the legal guardian and that all information provided is complete and accurate. It is imperative that you update any changes to this information promptly.
  2. Consent for Participation: Your consent is required for your child’s participation in all Amana OSHC activities. This includes consent for routine activities and outings as part of our program.
  3. Health and Safety Authorizations:
    • Medical Treatment: You authorize Amana OSHC staff to obtain medical treatment for your child in case of emergencies. You agree to bear any costs associated with such treatment.
    • Sun Protection: Amana OSHC will apply sunscreen to your child unless you provide specific instructions not to.
    • Media Consent: Amana OSHC may take photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes. You have the right to opt-out of this at any time through your account settings.

C. FINANCIAL POLICIES

  1. Fee Structure and Payments: Our fee schedule is detailed on our website and is subject to review and adjustments. All payments are due as per the issued invoices and can be made via Direct Debit or Credit Card.
  2. Late Payments and Consequences: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of services. Persistent non-payment will lead to debt recovery actions, with associated costs billed to you.
  3. Refund and Cancellation Policy: We have a structured refund and cancellation policy, which is detailed on our website. Please review this policy to understand the conditions under which refunds or credits are issued.

D. GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES AND SUPPORT

  1. Child Care Subsidy (CCS): Eligibility and application for CCS are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Amana OSHC will provide necessary documentation and support for your application.
  2. Additional Support: Families requiring additional support, including those with children with special needs, are encouraged to discuss their requirements with our Inclusion Manager to ensure we can accommodate your child’s needs effectively.

E. HEALTH AND SAFETY

  1. Infectious Diseases Policy: Amana OSHC adheres to strict health guidelines. Children with infectious diseases are required to stay home as per health regulations. A detailed policy is available on our website.
  2. Behavior Management: We promote a positive behavior management policy. Children exhibiting challenging behaviors may be subject to review and potential suspension for the safety and well-being of all children and staff.

F. CHANGES AND UPDATES
