It’s your right.
From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government guarantees all CCS-eligible families at least 72 hours of subsidised child care per fortnight — that’s 3 days a week — regardless of your work or activity hours. No activity test. No conditions. It’s a government entitlement, not a provider promise.

Late Pick-up Fee
When a child is collected after the closing time of the service, a fee of $15.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) per child applies. This fee covers the out-of-hours time our staff spend ensuring your child is safely collected.
