⭐ Your Role and Impact
As an OSHC Educator at Amana OSHC, you will:
- Create nurturing, engaging, and enjoyable learning environments
- Support the delivery of activities that build children’s confidence, creativity, and social skills
- Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
- Assist with daily operations, including supervision, transitions, cleaning, and food preparation
- Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and colleagues
⭐ We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
A Passion for Childcare
A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.
Minimum Qualification
A Certificate III in Children’s Services, Education Support, Youth Work or similar — or actively working towards one.
(Diploma not required.)
Required Compliance
- Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Child Protection certificate
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
Team Spirit
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
Availability
Must be available for at least two morning shifts per week (7:00am–9:00am).
